Without it on a daily basis, I will develop hives. If I am consistent, hives will not appear. The only draw back is having to see a doctor to refill the prescription as there is not an over the counter drug that emulates it.

I dont even want to be on BC as ive been trying get pregnant for over two years now. I miscarried twins and had constant pain for over a year after so had a laperoscopy. It turns out i had bad endometriosus, amongst other problems. after the surgery the pain continued so the Dr said for me to go on BC for three months to give everything a break then try and get pregnant again. so far ive been emotional and I have the worst constipation!!!!! Doxycycyline Hyclate cleared my skin up great. However, not sure if caused by this drug or not, I got very drowsie while on it and had several incidences of nearly falling asleep while driving, very unusual for me. Then one day I did fall asleep at the wheel while going around a corner, hit the the curb. Luckily no one, including me, hurt but ripped my trye to shreds, wrecked the tyre rim and just missed a lampost!!!! Beware.

Hi, 17 year old female here. I started taking Accutane 40 mg, 1 pill, every morning with breakfast about a month and a half ago, and it is working great! My skin already is smoother, softer, and less acne covered. But I am still left with the scars from my Jr. High years. For the first week or so of treatment hell yes it was awful!
