I am possibly taking agomelatine. I have been on a study for about a month now (there is 1/4 chance I am receiving a placebo.) It might not be related at all but since I am taking this medication, I often wake up in the morning and my penis hurt. As if the blood pressure was too high. Not too sure what to do. It usually dont last more than an hour and I never have this problem during the day, its always early morning and it actually wakes me up because it is so painful.

Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went. I found ibuprofen to be oustanding for relieving inflamation & pain. Unfortunately, it made my heart race and/or beat irregularly, so I had to stop using it.
