In 3 years our son has only had Risperidone. We knew nothing about the illness and unfortunately this med has not helped greatly. He is on B3, B6, B9, Vit C, Vit E, Manganese, Zinc, Selenium, Omega 3 etc as per Hoffer's Orthomolecular programme and he is getting better slowly. I also give him Seagreens. I began taking these after a car accident caused permanent damage in my right shoulder. I was taking 8 per day and it was like I was taking caffeine pills. It made it difficult to sleep because it made me feel very jittery.

I have been taking this drug for about 3 years and I have had not many severe symptoms or adverse reactions. It has fufilled the prescribed purpose- preventing pregnancy. My only complaint is more bloating than I had prior to birth control and a decreased sex drive (but maybe that's a good feature- as it would help prevent getting pregnant).

I have had a great experience with Femcon because it controls my endometriosis and regulates my period. I have had a bad experience with other birth controls. I was a lunatic on Loestrin so I was relieved when I found Fem con.
