I began drinking green tea straight and in other forms when I realized the benefits of the Asian tea. I have not seen any significant changes but I do notice that after drinking green tea that I experience bursts of energy and higher mood levels.

I was on Femcon for several months. My skin became clear and beautiful. I had horrible cramps on other pills and hardly any cramps and a super light period on Femcon. I have fybromyalshia and often have headaches. I had less once I started this pill. I went off the pill 5 months ago trying to be healthy and thought maybe I would loose the 10 pounds I need to loose, but just went back on today because my skin was so bad and cramps were horrible. My 23 year old daughter had her first gardasil shot in March 2009. Within 12 hours she suffered left sided weakness, resperitory distress and a severe muscle type seizure and was in the hospital. I'm 24 yrs old and I took the 3 Gardasil shots, I had not immediate side effects until about 2 weeks after my last shot I started feeling week, tired and sleeping more than usual.
