NEVER NEVER never never ever use this product!!! I am not prone to yeast infections. But I had to take an antiobotic for a sinus infection and presto! within 5 days I had a very mild case yeast infection. Nothing major, but I new it was an infection. I bought Monistat 1 and inserted the egg with ease at around 10pm. Ok, everything seemed fine...until around 1am. I woke up and it felt like my vagina and vulva were on FIRE!!! I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.
