I took it for 28 days as a substitute for potassium, I lost one pound per day, it caused me nausea, and pain. I became more light sensitive. It caused me to have pancreatis. Also, it caused my stomach to tie up in knot.

It's a good drug, it gives me less depression symptoms than other drugs, and since I laready suffer and get treated for depression, most birth controls make me have a few days of hell. this one is much better than the other two I have tried.

Pain controlled.....lowered prescription, because I had trouble sleeping. I was taking 4-6 100mg a day for pain after extensive dental work. Lowered to 2 100mg after 3 days for a total of 8 days.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. I don' tthink that medication works for me. The way they advertise it on TV, you think it is going to work so well and have effects, but for me, nothing at all. I do not like medications anyways.
