Although not strictly a benzodiazepine etizolam shares similar pharmacological properties. My professional opinion is that one should treat it with similar caution, i.e. avoid constant long-term use, use the minimum dose that provides a satisfactory response, either relief from a panic attack, disabling anxiety or the onset of sleep and NEVER exceed the maximum daily dose, 2mg/Day, that appears in the product literature. It is good to take before going on a boat if you get seasick. It is good for other kinds of motion sickness as well. It makes you extremely tired.

Sublingual is a terrible idea for this medicine. It tasted terrible and made my tongue numb. 15 minutes after taking it I became completely drugged out (in a stupor) and had to be taken to bed immediately. Slept 12 hours straight in a deep sleep, but snored heavily and gasped for air all night long. That was my first and last time taking this medicine.

Tylenol is a good go-to pain and headache reducer. It's always in my medicine cabinet as a backup for when I don't feel my best. For the most part, it works well. Sometimes though, I just feel a little weak and need to lie down for a bit.

Not sure if Seasonique is the cause but I never had health problems like this until my 4th month on it. I developed a severe case of perioral dermetitus. Doctor has had me on antibiotics now for 2 months for that. Also that 4th month I started spotting daily. I quit Seasonique at the last week of my 6th month on it. this medication made my condition worsen, it made the symptoms of my crohn's disease worsen. The medication became toxic to my body.

Having been on Lymecycline for almost 10 years now I am only now seeing a connection with memory loss around words: I often remember only the first letter of the word I want (like having a stroke!), or remember it 24 hours later or else the wrong word comes out. I have been worried about greater memory loss the longer I am on these things and only found out by experimenting by coming off them for a week - boy did my conversations flow then - no stumbling over words!
