i am a 47 year old female and was prescribed 30mg carbimazole twice daily for hyperthyroidism. after 2 months, i came out in an itchy welt like rash all over my torso and neck. the dr took me off this medication immediately and put me on propylthiourocil (try pronouncing it) have been on this for a month now and no side effects so far.

terrible experience. i was just so tired all the time that wasn't right. my energy level was really low and i did gain more than 6lb in two months. i stop with the pill after my secound month. it was a nightmare!

This was, by far the most terrifying drug I have ever taken. At first I was overjoyed by the results. I will never deny this: Singulair was, hands-down, the best drug I ever took for the seasonal sinus infections that I thought were brought on by allergies. Based on my experience I'd recommend that you consider whether to avoid the vaccine or wait for further testing, expecially if you have a family history of autoimmune disease. For me, my vaccine with Gardasil was followed by or triggered an auto immune reaction- arthritis, fatigue, painful swelling of joints, etc.

Yasmin was an effective birth control method but it does more harm than good. I was nauseous while taking it and had reduced libido although my skin did clear.
