I had taken Topamax before and it had worked great for me for about four years, then I supposed I became immune to it. I was put on Lyrica and it made me feel horrible and I was constantly getting hurt. I am now back on Topmax and hopefully soon the Lyrica will be out of my system.

I ENDED MY PRESCRIBED 5-YEAR PERIOD OF TAKING TAMOXIFEN (100 MG PER DAY) APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR AGO. RIGHT AFTER STOPPING THE MEDICATION, I STARTED EXHIBITING SIGNS OF ELEVATED INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE OF CEREBROSPINAL FLUID (CSF). MY EYE DOCTOR NOTICED THIS DURING MY ANNUAL EYE EXAM, AND THEN SENT ME TO A NEURO-OPHTHALMOLOGIST FOR MONITORING. My 6 year old son developed severe painful hives all over his body. His feet and hands became so swollen and painful that he refused to walk and could not even play anything that involved using his hands. This is the worst reaction I have ever seen in four children. I will never allow my kids to take this drug again.
