This drug helped my stomach issues although I suffered from major side effects. I reported the side effects to my dr at least 3 times last year and she never mentioned it could be this drug. Of course, I read the precautions on my prescriptions but my side effects were listed as very rare. It just didn't occur to me that it could be my stomach medicine.

I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements. I recently did some research and found that Allegra-D can be a cause for menstrual cramps. I stopped taking Allegra-D and the menstrual cramping and painful bowel movements have gone back to normal. I spotted continually as well as mood swings. Depression like you wouldn't believe and I was so tired, it was hard to stay awake through a whole day. My second month I got my period heavier than I've ever had so I quit immediately. This pill should be taken off the market asap. If you want to go generic, I recommend Jolesa. This one has worked for me.
