Off-label prescription for insomnia, co-administered with other serotonergics by an incompetent PA. Only took 7 half-doses, spaced over 2 weeks. Profound neurotoxic reaction included shock sensations, hallucinations of vibration, and eye-movement irregularities (seemingly permanent, as it has been over a year now). Ortho Tri-Cyclen has been a very successful birth control with nearly no negative side effects. The only complaint I have had was when I began the treatment I gained some weight from it, however, I know that is common when starting a birth control pill.
