I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. Lyrica has given me my life back. My fibromyalgia pain had gotten so bad my flare ups were back to back. I had read horrible things about the side effects of Lyrica and was afraid to try it, until I finally felt as if I had nothing to lose. The pain was gone almost immediately. I take one 50mg pill in the morning and 2 50mg at night so I am not on the highest dose. I will usually take green tea when I feel like I am getting a cold, or if I have a cold, and it usually makes me feel better. From experience, I would recommend having it on an empty stomach, because it makes me nauseous.

I usually take Tylenol whenever I get headaches and they work typically well. However, I think a larger dosage is needed because I don't feel the relief after a while.

Ambien is great to get a good nights sleep if you have trouble. It makes me a little groggy the next day but that doesnt last very long. The doctor told me that it isnt good for long term use though because it can be habit forming.
