Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I was a baseball pitcher back in high school and a ball got hit back up the middle and off of my face. It broke 3 bones and the pain was undescribable. I could not get surgery done for a week and I was perscribed percocet for the week before and the week after my surgery. Even though it made me tired, it worked tremendously.

the medicine made me feel tired, and i had to constantly go to the bathroom the following morning which was inconvenient b/c i had to work! i felt fatigue everytime i had bowel movement

Advil liquid gels are helpful sometimes when I take it. i take it for cramps but i have mild drowsiness and dizziness sometimes. Also, sometimes after I take it, I lose my appetite or my digestion changes. Overall it is slightly helpful when it comes to cramps or pain relief.
