Macrobid relieved my symptoms for my UTI ie the burning when I uriniate and pelvic pain however I still had the infection. It only temporarily relieved symptoms and did not get rid of the infection.

I went to the hospital and the doctor perscribed this to me. When I started taking it, I felt much worse than before. My chest was heavy and I was in a lot of discomfort.

I went off this drug this morning and am looking forward to not bleeding for a month straight at a time (I think of the 3 ½ months i've been on it, i've bled for 2 ½ - 3 months). I certainly won't miss severe mood swings (or crying jags). I have't gained weight - but i've had a tough time loosing it. I wonder how long it will take for my system to get back to "normal".

My 16 year old daughter is also suffering from the Gardasil nightmare! She received her first shot on January 9th, 2009, after her doctor practically pushed it down our throats! We were told it was safe and effective and they made me feel that if I didnt get this vaccine for my daughter, that I basically was a bad mom! Xanax worked both as anti-anxiety medication and for insomnia. Small doses taken before bed seemed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep for about 8 hours, however upon waking up, and falling asleep, I found that memory and overall energy were both affected in a somewhat negative way.
