Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I have been taking Simcor for a few months too. Beginning in April I was awakened from a sound sleep by the itching. My entire body was sunburn red and I thought I was going to claw my skin off. Tried taking a cold shower, benadryl, anti-itch cream and nothing helped. Finally had to go to an Urgent Care Clinic for a shot and prescription.
