Stopped taking it because the excessive weight gain was depressing. Also didn't enjoy being hungry all the time. Did experience mild improvement in depression, but not enough to make me want to keep taking it considering how the weight gain negatively impacted my mood.

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. I make an anti-fungal salve for my mother using olive oil infused with black walnut husks. She has suffered with foot fungus all her life and had very LITTLE relief from her doctor's prescriptions. This is the only thing that helps her. I also add a few drops Manuka essential oil to the salve.
