I have four buldging discs, arthritis, spinal stenosis and an old vertebral fracture from an accident. Before I discovered Zyrtec my allergies were not controlled. Since Zyrtec has been in my life I know that I can control my allergies and that even if taken after my allergies are 'full blown' it only take a short time before they are under control.
