I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that. My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. For the first few weeks that I took it, every time (even with a full stomach) I received painful stomach cramps and became extremely drowsy. Hawthorn Berry

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.

When I need antibiotics I always take acidophilus to prevent yeast infections, and since I have I haven't gotten one from antibiotics.

A year ago I started to notice painful bumps under my left armpit. I had gone to several doctors and they had given me a different antibiotic than Doxycycline. It had been a reoccurring problem for me so I just recently visited the dermatologists where he did tests and found it to be a MRSA infection. It was actually a reoccurring infection, which is why it would keep occurring after several weeks at a time. He prescribed me Doxycycline and told me that it should get rid of the problem. The...
