After using Tinactin spray for 3 days on my foot to treat a mild case of athletes foot (minor peeling between baby toe and the toe beside it only) i developed a bumpy, itchy rash on the skin of my foot that had come into contact with the spray powder. This medication did not help, and has only served to irritate my skin where it was applied. I took the pill for four months my period was irregular and it didn't help with anything except keeping me from getting pregnant. I started t have pain in my chest and found out I had blood clots in my lungs and neck. I am young healthy i don't smoke rarely ever drink watch my weight, even my doctor was surprised to find that sever of blood clots. Now i can no longer take anything with estrogen.

I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). I have been taking Zyflamend for prostate problems when they occur. if I take 2 capsules 2x per day the problems usually clear up with in a weak. If i don't take it, the problems go on without relief.
