I do not take pomegranate on too regular of a basis, but I feel that the results I have seen in myself are not just a result of pomegranate use but by a combination of pomegranates and other supplements.

My four-day experience with Pristiq was simply not worth hanging on for better effects down the road. I experienced extreme nausea and headaches. Very effective at shutting down a migraine. The earlier in the development of the migraine the lower the dose I need to take. However.... over the last few years I have developed "chronic" or daily migraines and I think Zomig could be the cause. Have apt to see specialist to evaluate.

I have only been taking Pristiq for 5 days, I have noticed a change for the better in my overall mood. I love that I have no appetite, as I really need to loose some weight. But the nausea is really bad and I have blurred vision which really bothers me. Also, I feel like I can get to sleep faster than usual, but I wake up early and can't get back to sleep. I am going to give it atleast a couple of weeks and hope that the nausea and blurred vision get better.
