Very effective medication! Worked great for me and others I know who have used it. Worst side effect is chapped lips and dry skin.

Dexedrine can act as an appetite suppressant. Although some may take advantage of this characteristic, I find that if I don't keep protein and small meals going and drink a lot of water I become edgy and nervy. Even if you don't feel hungry it is better to have a little something healthy (not sugary as this spikes and drops energy levels). I like NuvaRing because I don't have to worry about taking it daily, and the only side effect I really experience is an improved complexion. I don't like that it needs to be keep cool, so I always need to be somewhere cool or have access to a fridge.

Zyflemend really helped with my inflammation. But I had to stop using it because I began to have heart palpitaions, and my heart pounded so. It got so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack. I stopped and started back using it several times to be sure that the zyflemend is what was causing this to happen. And everytime I stopped using it for a few days, the palpitations and pounding would go away.

I took Microgestin FE before I had to switch healthcare plans, then I was given Junel FE. I feel like Junel FE is much less effective than Microgestin FE.

I take vitamin C to improve my immune health. Overall, I think it works but can't really prove it because I never had frequent cold symptoms to begin with. I figure a pill a day can't hurt.
