I've been plagued by severe clinical depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders for 20 years. I've been prescribed several combinations of medications but have had very few periods of relief. I was devastated that when I realized that Morphine was completely ineffective on my pain because at the time I was taking morphine, I was allowing my mother who was dying of cancer to be put on it. Now I am unsure of whether this was even helping her, and it is upsetting to even think this morphine was doing nothing.

Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. It's great for dealing with congestion/hay fever, but I stopped taking Drixoral after a short period of time because for me the dry mouth and thirst outweighed the benefits. I found myself drinking much more than usual because of my dry mouth, and consequently having to visit the bathroom much more frequently than usual.
