I was prescribed Lupron to stop my periods, which were always painful with heavy bleeding. Since I was in treatment for early stage breast cancer, it was also recommended to control the estrogen, which helped to produce my tumour. I had had two 1-month shots and I am never taking this drug again. I can stand the hot flashes, the exessiuve sleepiness in my case and the feeling of weakness in the muscles. Worked well when I had foot surgery. Did not cause nausea like the prescribed pain medication with codeine derivative. Helped the surgery but not with joint knee pain or headache

I liked how the redi-tabs dissolved quickly and that they were tasteless. However, they weren't that effective in my case. My condition remained the same, and I took longer to recover compared to other medications I've taken.

My Daughter will be 13 in one month and received her 2nd shot of gardisil two days ago. Within 3 hrs of receiving the shot, she was curled up on the couch with extreme pain in her legs, dizziness, nausia, and a splitting headache. The pain progressed to her arms by yesterday afternoon, along with the other symptoms, leading her doctor to suspect Guillain-Barré syndrome. I had to stop using Simponi, because the insurance changed and it wasn't covered by the new insurance. They told me to use Humira, which I was a little hesitant about taking, and it worked better than Simponi and Celebrex. So, now I'm on Humira and Mobic 7.5mg and I'm doing great. NO fare-ups.
