Ive been on Lybrel for around 7 months and its been good. In the beginning I had no spotting but instead i had HUGE mood swings, I would get extremely mad about nothing. After a while the mood swings stopped and a few weeks later I started spotting which didn't stop for about 6-7 weeks. It was extremely light so it didn't really feel like i was spotting. woke up with severe pain in left eye; subsided, and then headache (in first month) rash & itching; used 2.5%cortizone;itching left & has now returned, on faced & eyes last time, now all over. Unbalanced when getting out of bed at night & morning. Unlike flonase, I don't seem to end up with as much of a dry nose problem. I like this. It also seems to burn a lot less when taking nasally.

I've been taking it for a very long time now. It works well for me. I see that it kind of wears off after about 7 hours, but I don’t feel like it’s a huge difference once the effect is gone. When I was in school it helped me concentrate and I went from being a D student to an A/B student. It just really helped me pay attention. I would really recommend this medication to anyone who has ADD/ADHD.
