I was getting worse and worse over the years, finding myself angry all the time and depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I tried a lot of excercie (essential if you are depressed) and St Johns Wort. The St Johns Wort helped a little bit., but not much. I went to the doctor and started taking Zoloft 50mg. I have been taking this medication for a few years now and I think all of my high blood presssure and water pills and potasium medication all work together. So far I have seen good results and have not had any side effects to any of these medications. I am very happy with where all my levels are at this point.
