I suffer from fibromalgia, and depression has got worse due to relationship problems,children,bereavement. I have a lot of allergies and I tend to get a rash at least once a day. When it becomes so bad that I can't stop scratching, I take the Benadryl. It works well for me and it works very very fast. I would recommend it to anyone. The only thing I don’t like is that even the non-drowsy Benadryl makes me very sleepy. But the positives weigh out the negatives in this case.

This benzo is a joke! Doc's are just being cautious by trying these alternatives, thus, not having to prescribe Xanax, Valium, etc. Stand up and tell your doc the truth if isn't working the way you would think
