You should try taking a non-drowsy allergy medication during the day, such as Claritin, Zyrtec or Allegra. Save the Benadryl for the night time, before you got to bed. You could also try a decongestant that contains pseudoephedrine...it works by constricting the inflamed blood vessels in your nasal passages that is causing the congestion. Good luck.

Shortly after starting a short course of this medication I starting having irregular (skipped) heartbeats upon light exertion. It took me two weeks to put two and two together and I have now stopped the medication. I have had irregular heartbeats in the past but they had not bothered me for several years. Also, I have experienced difficulty sleeping including trouble getting to sleep and/or mid night wakefulness. Recently I have experienced diarrhea. This drug does not seem to be worth us... It's a horrible drug that is ineffective for pain. The doctors in my area prescribe it regularly as their drug of choice for pain. They refuse to give their patients anything better. It's awful.

i am on a number of drugs and have experienced some of the conditions mentioned but don't know if cialis is involved, including breathlessness. i would say however one of the most important benefit is the improved mental wellbeing, it is very debilitating to loose the sexual side of my life..

Low-Ogestrel

My doctor presribed low ogestrel because irregular period that had been on for 5 weeks. I had to take 4 for 4 days 3 for 3 days 2 for 2 days then 1 a day. After the first two days i started having severe anxiety attacks. Then i started having irregular heartbeats, short of breathe, nervousness, migranes and loss of energy. I have stopped taking them and waiting for my follow visit in two day with my doctor. And most of my symptom has ceased.
