I just tried it and feel a lot better , I have had terrible sciatic nerve pain in my hip and that goes down the leg for nearly 3 months. Its helped alot with the pain and relaxs the muscle spasms with sciatica pain. Also really seems to have helped with the inflammation which is why I mainly wanted to try it. So I recommend it too for anyone that is going through pain with sciatic pain/ inflammation.

Rolaids are highly effective for acid reflux and heartburn. They are easy to take for all ages since they are chewable and though they don't taste great, I've had worse. I recommend.

I was put on Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I started out on a very low dose since I don't handle meds very well. 25 mg once a day for two days, then 50 mg for two days, then 75 mg for two days, then 100 mg for two days. On the day after I took 75mg (I took the pills at night) I started bleeding! I am post menopause. Haven't had a period in over 16 months. Now I'm having a hard time. I started Lutera in March 09 and I have had the worst most severe mood swings ever, no period still from coming off depo, breast tenderness, nausea, constant diarrhea, headaches, mild acne, weight gain. I starting to wonder if it's even worth continuing on this bc pill!
