You need to report the muscle pain, you could get permanent muscle damage with cholesterol meds, I myself would not take it if you have muscle pain, this could indicate that it maybe is starting to damage your muscles and joints. I have tried five different statin drugs like baycol, zorcor and crestor....etc and they make me hurt all over, just got niaspan last night and didn't sleep and woke up lightheaded and had heart palpatations, probably won't take this either!!!! I have occasional asthma (usually activity or allergy induced) and I used to use Albuterol before it was reformuated. The ProAir HFA is not as effective and does not come out of the dispenser very well. While it does help a bit with my asthma attacks the side effects are unpleasant and I avoid using the inhaler unless I completely have to. The side effects only last about 45 mins but they are still unpleasant.

I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) around 3-4 years ago, and since then have tried various dosages of Strattera, Adderall, and Vyvanse. I now take 30 mg of Vyvanse a day and cannot get over the increase in my productivity. I honestly have a love-hate relationship with the medicine. Tylenol is very reliable in relieving pain. It's also inexpensive and accessbile. It has never given me any negative side effects.

I take Accutane for my severe facial acne. I love how well it clears up my face. There is an extreme noticeable difference in my skin and self confidence. It can have some rough side effects though. The medication often makes me feel queasy and nauseous. I also get moody at times because of it but I think it is worth dealing with to receive the benefits.

I had Vinblastine Sulfate as a part of my chemotherapy regimen. Together with all of the medicines I lost my appetite, was nauseous, and I gained 20 pounds due to steroids. (This was about 2 years ago).
