I dont even want to be on BC as ive been trying get pregnant for over two years now. I miscarried twins and had constant pain for over a year after so had a laperoscopy. It turns out i had bad endometriosus, amongst other problems. after the surgery the pain continued so the Dr said for me to go on BC for three months to give everything a break then try and get pregnant again. so far ive been emotional and I have the worst constipation!!!!! This medication was by far the worse treatment I have tried for my severe menstrual cramps. It made me so sick to my stomach that it felt like I had the stomach flu everytime I took it. I couldn't sleep at all, I would have severe night sweats, nausea, diarrhea, and just overall felt like crap. I wish I had never even tried this medication, what a waste of 3 months of my life.

Your situation appears similar to mine. I had been taking Avapro (AKA Irbesartan) 150mg 2x daily which was doing the job. Then my drug insurer refused to cover it. Losartan was suggested as an alternative so I began that. I was on 50mg 2x daily which seemed to work; that was in 2012. I moved to a new state in 2012 and changed doctors.
