This pil is horrible! Dizziness, depression, anxiety attacks, sex drive is non exsistant, can't eat, nauseous, diaharra, constipation, high blood pressure, tired all the time. Would not recomend. I was on it mroe than 6 months.

After a year on this drug i expeirenced severe hip , thigh .leg muscle pain .Slight numbness in both feet with a slight feeling of pins and needles. Unable to carry out any heavy work in early mornings. A feeling of muscle shrinkage which was felt in early mornings when getting out of bed. Also effecting sexual performance. I hate this stuff. I get out of breath if I walk up a flight of stairs or if I have to walk and talk at the same time. Erectile dysfunction is becoming more pronounced as well.

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? I used to not be able to sleep until at least an hour after laying down because I would constantly be thinking and simply not be able to fall asleep. After a few days of taking 3 mg before bed, however, I began sleeping within 15 minutes, which is amazing.
