I take adderall 20mg in the evenings to study and for late night classes. I take vyvanse in the morning and it usually lasts until about 4pm. The adderall holds me over for the rest of the evening. I would take adderall more often but I hate that the effects only last 4-5 hrs and I do not want to have to take medicine 3-4 times a day. My worst experience with Ibuprofen has been the development of the upper gastric pain. I think I may have developed an ulcer because I've been using it for so long for my migraine headaches. I also think I've developed other stomace/digestive problems as a result of taking it for so long.
