I took Lunesta for several months, Literally every morning I forgot what happened the previous night. I have woken up twise having had cut drastic ammounts of my hair in the night time and forgetting. It wasn't always like a blackout but it was very extremely fuzzy of a memory every morning. Every time I went home to visit my family, I would always wind up "sick" two days into my visit. I found out/realized that I was/am allergic to dogs (and we have three) but once I started taking Quercetin my allergy symptoms cleared up within a day (crazy, I know)!! I couldn't be more satisfied and lately I have been reading more and more benefits of taking/consuming it so I will continue to do so!

Benadryl mildly helped my allergies but it made me very drowsy and out of of it especially the "Benadryl for Severe allergies" that I even fainted while I was at a doctor's appointment. No other medicine has ever made me so drowsy and I had never fainted before in my life. For these reasons I do not think I will take Benadryl again.
