I really haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever. I think it does a pretty good job at reducing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, without messing up my lipids.

This medication changed my life. I almost failed high school. I got my BA-MA-Phd in late 30's on a 10-15 cup of coffee/day habit. Once I got a full-time job I was so exhausted from staying focused that i slept most weekends. For many years I could never figure out quite what was wrong with me/why I couldn't stay in the moment. I normally chew on mint leaves, or have mint tea to soothe my stomach when I've had a heavy meal. It results in the release of gas or emptying of the bowels. I normally feel extremely drowsy after and have a mild headache. I feel extremely sleepy and lethargic the entire day, but the relief for the stomach is worth it.
