I have never had any problem achieving orgasm in my entire life and I am now 63 (female, athletic, in shape). This drug, at only 10MG/day, has left me a basket case. I cannot achieve orgasm no matter what I do and it's like walking around with a constant physical need that can't be satisfied. I even have SEX DREAMS!! This is beyond awful. Purchased Alli when it first came on the market. Followed directions and diet exactly and was rewarded with severe constipation. At the time the drug company wasn't even recognizing this as a side effect and on there forums would only comment that they were looking into it. Ugh Very bad experience. I discontinued use and thank god Costco returned my money.

I also had positive results in the first four days. Anxiety was controlled and I had a sense of well being. I am now in the fifth month and am continuing to see a huge improvement in both my mood and temperament. During the second week I did experience blurred vision and slight occasional dull morning headaches.
