I think that my body is building a tolerance to it because it takes more pills to work. I like it because it puts me to sleep but the last time I had a headache I had to take 3 within 2 hours to get to sleep.

Have been taking these enzymes since it was discovered that I had pancreatic cancer. This greatly helps to break up the nutrients in my food. After rapid weight loss for nearly a year these medications helped to stabilize me, and along with other extensive treatments I have been able to put on a bit of weight again.

I do take 1000 mfg of OTC Niacin - quick release, which has been more instrumental in reducing cholesterol, and other lipids. This can cuase severe etching, if done on emply stomach, and whiteout taking aspirin 15minutes before.

If you can get the migraine early, it works like a charm. Catch it a little too late (sometimes I'm not quite sure if it's sinus or migraine..) and my life will at least be bearable for the 3 days I would have formerly been flat on my back with ice packs on my head. Depending upon the headache, I've used pills, nasal spray, injections. After I started taking Mesalazine together with Decortine ,the condition became better.I finished the therapy and after a few days the colitis has come back,complete remission of the decease. Now the situation is the worst.I am taking 3000 mg mesalazine per day.I have very strong abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea all the time,heartbeat,muscle cramping,gas etc. I am afraid that the Mesalazine does not doing its function and in my case I think that the side effects has been taking in action.

I developed Menier's in my early sixties. It took a while to control so that my specialist put me on increasing amounts of Betahistine. At six to eight a day it was mostly controlled although I had break- out episodes that put me in hospital overnight. I was also prescribed medication to control fluid , in my head, I guess.
