I am 29 years old, and had been taking Lexapro for about 4-5 years. It worked really well for my depression/anxiety. I thought I would be on it for life. But the sexual side effects took their toll. At first I experienced negative side effects from Vyvanse including dry mouth, diarrhea, loss of interest in social activities, irritability, sleep disruption, complete loss of appetite, and anxiety. The sleep disruption, dry mouth, and anxiety decreased with prolonged useage. Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries.
