For the last four months or so, bloating gas, and cant eliminate it. Resulting in severe abdominal pain. Constipation, urinay problems not as severe. No appetite,. Terrible pain in G.I. regio, nmostly at night about 1 hour after ingestion of P.M. meds. I do not abuse meds.

While I await my latest PSA results, I need to find out why my back, particularly along the spine, hurts so much, with almost nothing that helps. The pain radiates arbitrarily across my lower back, then up to under one shoulder blade or the other, and sometimes both. I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Everyone responds differently to medications. Cymbalta has done wonders for me, and is the most tolerable medicine I've ever taken. There are absolutely no lasting effects of Cymbalta once you stop taking it by the way. It sounds like you have some other issues causing these problems, not the medicine.
