I've noticed a lot of leg cramps, but I don't know if it's related. My sleep can be more erratic, but it never was perfect. My breathing is much better and being active is much easier. I was active before but it made me out of breath a lot. Overall it's a good thing but does seem to lower sex druve ime.

I love this Birth Control and it doesn't affect my moods. However, I have noticed that my sexual urge has shot through the roof. THis is the only birth control that keeps my urges so high that I would burst w out some sort of relief. I love ZenChent. Now, I recently changed from Zenchent bc i had some breakthrough bleeding. I was prescribed this and Ibuprofen (600 mg tablets) after having my wisdom teeth removed, and it worked very effectively with no side effects if taken regularly as long as the pain persisted.
