I have been on benicar a couple of weeks, although i feel alot better,i noticed a couple of side affects,musle cramping (minimal) notice i can't chew my food as long as my jaw gets very tired. incontinance at nights 2 times in 14 days.

I have had the Mirena for well over 6 or 7 years (I'm on my second one). During this time, my acne has been difficult to control - especially on my back and chest. the odor is terrible. it smells like a cheap musky cologne. it stays in my clothes and can still be smelled on my skin after i shower. i also feel paranoid about coming in contact with my wife (who is breast feeding) and my 2 small daughters.

Tylenol is a good go-to pain and headache reducer. It's always in my medicine cabinet as a backup for when I don't feel my best. For the most part, it works well. Sometimes though, I just feel a little weak and need to lie down for a bit.

I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.
