I switched from Effexor (300mg) to Prestiq (100mg) and was on Prestiq for 2 weeks. It was horrible. My paranoia was horrible, felt like everyone is talking about me behind my back, even feel like one coworker is trying to get me fired. I have at least 1 panic attack a day (never used to have them so much). I'm switching over to effexor. Extreme leg muscle fatigue/pain that remained a mystery to my doctors. When I started doxycycline, I would get extremely nauseated to the point where I would vomit.
