Started taking this primarily because migraines were out of control (2+/week lasting 1-3 days) and their intensity seemed to covary with night sweat severity. Gynecologist agreed that migraines might be due to low estrogen. Within 3 weeks--Stopped 90% of the migraines and reduced the intensity of those that remained. Night sweats stopped completely. Unexpected benefits were much better sleep and moderately improved mental clarity.

Around the time I started taking Daytrana, I noticed that I was sweating more often. I took Daytrana for about 2 years. I went to my doctors and none of them could figure out why I was all of a sudden sweating so much. When my psychiatrist decided to take me off of the Daytrana, I stopped sweating. I was getting frequent yeast infections. If I have sexual relations I was without a doubt going to get a yeast infection. My doctor told me to take Acidophilus everyday. I have not had a yeast infection since starting this medication.
