My four-day experience with Pristiq was simply not worth hanging on for better effects down the road. I experienced extreme nausea and headaches. For this reason along with the fact that my insurance company would pick up only $11.00 of the $125 per month cost, I stopped cold turkey. It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. I dont even want to be on BC as ive been trying get pregnant for over two years now. I miscarried twins and had constant pain for over a year after so had a laperoscopy.
