The longer you take wheat grass the better you feel because it is cumulative. You don't notice the changes immediately. It is when you stop taking it that you realize it was working really well. For me, better digestion, better mood, better food choices, and gradual weight loss is what I experienced.

I've been taking Reclipsen for about 3 months now and it's been alright. Slight mood swings, little bit of nausea in the mornings, and some pretty gnarly headaches but thats it. No weight gain. No acne. No spotting. No cramping. I'm starting on the brand name version (Desogen) this month because planned parenthood didn't have any Reclipsen left, and I'm hoping that things will stay the same. This medication does not alleviate any cold symptoms except congestion. The taste is awful and causes a complete loss in appetite. Only used a few times then switched to another, better cold medicine.

This drug is a poison. It causes the conditions it's supposed to prevent. I never had a problem with flushing or redness before taking this. I had one broken blood vessel and that was it. Since taking it my face turned into a burning mess, and my lips are still messed up (I have to put vaseline on them about 5 times a day every day), and I don't sweat out of my face as much. I recently started menopause and it actually came much earlier for me. I had been experiencing really bad moodswings and I feel as though this hormone pill really helped control that. In addition to that I was undergoing a divorce and a lot of stress at home and I feel that this hormone pill really made me calm down more and helped decrease my stress level.
