I've been taking this medication for almost 2 years now. It is absolutely great in controlling my acne and I haven't seen improvements like this with anything else. It is extremely effective and works almost immediately. I wouldn't know what to do without it. Apart from the dry lips and skin, and frequent thirst, the medicine does induce depression in me, to the extent of people asking if something is wrong. I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that.
