I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. Purchased Alli when it first came on the market. Followed directions and diet exactly and was rewarded with severe constipation. At the time the drug company wasn't even recognizing this as a side effect and on there forums would only comment that they were looking into it. Ugh Very bad experience. I discontinued use and thank god Costco returned my money.

Used to keep away infections during my cancer treatments, but caused a lot of nausea. Constantly throwing up and feeling sick led more than with the other antibiotics led me to request a different antibiotic after the first dose was up.

Petroleum jelly is a great treatment for dry skin and other skin rashes. It is gentle, inexpensive, and effective. I have never had problems with it. However, more severe skin dryness and rashes may need other treatments.

Hand tremor is the most obnoxious side effect of this for me. I take less of the med because of it, which means it doesn't work quite as well. Wellbutrin XL doesn't cause the hand tremors so I can take enough to be fully effective, but I can't afford it.
