To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. I tend to get headaches a lot and the Advil really helps alleviate the pain. I normally take 2 tablets every 3 days and it works really well.

I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I sleep well and feel "connected" and balanced. I went off Cymbalta for a few months, without problem. I've recently gone back on, due to some rough life changes.
