I'm 33 this year and have been using Mirena for 4 years 8 months after having my 2nd child. The insertion was a bit painful and I felt cramps after that, but it didn't last long and was bearable. I am older, in my forties, and when I found out a friend my age got the vaccine, I decided to consider it.
