I have tried quite a lot of Chronic pain regimens, and the Opana, has been the only narcotic that I have taken that even with side effects has helped with my pain level to get me through the day, I am on the lowest dose by chose, because I dont want to be completely out of it. All the other drugs I have taken have made me either letrahargic, or made me very sick, and also effected my moods, I even had withdrawals while taking the Ultram, bad stuff I think.

There are so many different kinds of medications out there. You aren't just going to immediately find the right one for you. It's all about trial and error. Trust me, it's an agrivating process and I've wanted to give up many times (I started trying different meds about 7 months ago) I have confedence that I will find one right for me. I picked it because it was a low dose option and I get migraines with higher dosage pills. Also, I liked the idea of not having periods. I did not get migraines but I got short, irregular periods any time. It was worse than getting one predictable period.

The doctor says that my blood pressure is good, but sometimes I feel tensed and stresses, weak, tired, out of balance, and chest pain mostly at night.. I also have an increase hearthbeat. I must say that the medication works, but too many side effects. So at the end of the day, what is the point of having such a medication which increases and decreases your well-being at the same time?

Since having Zoladex injections, for 4 months. Ihave never been in so much pain, I was originally given it for pain relief, its help to stop my periods, but thats all!!! Obviously every body is different, but I have found Zoladex to be awful...
