I went to the doctor tor congestion and he gave me this steroid for the first time. I took the first 6-4mg of a 6 day plan and stopped after the first dose because at first I was wired so high, I couldn't sleep or stop talking! The next day my heart was racing and I started to hear music and talking that was not there. Then later that night I started seeing things that were not there! Horrible and very scarey. Have only recently started using the cream for persistent eczema - I don't have any obvious side effects from it and it is somewhat effective (eczema comes back if I stop using it, however). I'm concerned about using this long term and would be interested to know if anyone has used it for a while, or if anyone has any alternatives for eczema that have proved successful.

Day 4..... migraine today..eating....hardly in 2 days, and have had anxiety bouts for last 3. I will give this 2 weeks maybe 3 and then that's it. I had taken zoloft for about 2 years....tried ambien..hated it and went off anything for about 7 months but the depression started to come back so I figure it's worth a try.

I always mix turmeric powder in milk when I have fever to give me energy and soothe my nerves. It always helps me feel better. It doesn't bring down the fever, just helps me feel better.
